Every session starts with mud application for about 15-20 minutes, followed by a thermal bath, and concludes with a sweating reaction of approximately half an hour. In order to promote the deeply absorption of the substances released from mud and thermal water, adding ozone during the bath and an invigorating massage of completion at the end of the session are recommended.
